Oil desolventizer toaster machine is mainly composed of a sieve-board, main axle, scraper, automatic material door, base and driver. The wet meal enters the oil desolventizer toaster machine via sealed spiral conveyer with indirect steam heating in layers. And the wet material is heated and stirred by stirring-blade, with wet meal from the last layer separated by means of an automatic door. Preheated and desolventization are performed sequentially from the first layer to the seventh layer. Sprays of direct steam are used to desolventize. Then, desolventized meal is transferred out of oil extraction plant.
