Operating Tips for This Oil Press YZS-160
This oil press is actually a screw oil press, based on the axial movement of the material inside. Its driving motor is 7.5 to 30Hp. The electrical heating circles are connected.
Working Theory
After oilseeds enter the feed hopper, they will fall down into the pressing chamber, where a screw worm moves them to advance. As advance, the space becomes smaller and smaller, thus oil is squeezed out. Consequently, the temperature rises and the pressure becomes higher, which in turn increases the oil output capacity. Finally, the oil seeps out of the machine from the small openings in the bottom of the pressing chamber, while the oil cake exists on the other side of the pressing chamber.
