Straw and straw residual are very easy and cheap to collect, especially for farmers who grow grains like rice, wheat, corn and barley. Apart from as fuel, straw has also been used for horse beddings for centuries.
With the development of technology, straw and other similar biomass materials are made into pellets in recent years. As we all know, pellets have high density and offer lasting energy. Besides, compared with the traditional fuel, straw pellets are clean, green and economical. Therefore, straw pellets are widely used for heating and cooking. Besides, soft straw pellets also have a wide application in horse beddings. They are widely used in the stall, as they have an excellent urine absorption and effective odor control. Besides, the waste is also low as only small amounts of solid bedding needs to be taken out every day.
Straw Pellet Machine
Our straw pellet machine is primarily used to make pellets from straws, corn stover, wheat straw, cotton stalk, and crop stalks, etc. It can make soft and fluffy straw pellets fro horse bedding, as well as straw pellets that are use for heating and cooking, by changing different dies.
Our straw pellet machine has four different kinds of driving forces: electric motor, gasoline engine, diesel engine, and PTO. And, all of them can be customized according to our customers’ specific requirements.
